After more than two decades specialising exclusively in full bathroom refurbishments, we’ve learned that the success of a project is decided long before installation begins.

Since 2001, we’ve completed over 5,000 bathrooms. That experience has shaped a simple belief: clear decisions, careful planning and realistic scheduling are what separate a professional refurbishment from a stressful one.

How it works at Total Bathroom Installations

From your free Home Design Visit to final installation, we manage everything. Our simple step-by-step process gives you expert guidance, clear pricing, and a fully fitted bathroom, without stress, confusion or hidden fees.

Step 1

Arrange a Home Design Visit

Call our showroom on 028 9083 0543 to arrange your free Home Design Visit. This allows us to discuss your project in more detail and agree a suitable appointment time.

Step 2

Home Design Visit

We come out, measure up and discuss what you’d like to do. We look at layout options so you get a clear idea of what’s possible and an idea of cost.

Step 3

Showroom Appointment

Make an appointment at our Glengormley showroom to go over the plan properly. Products and finishes are chosen before everything is agreed.

Step 4

Book an Installation Date

Once everything is agreed, a deposit confirms the project and secures your fitting date. We can then order the products and schedule the fitters.

Step 5

Installation

Our fitters carry out the full installation from start to finish. We deliver the products, complete the bathroom and remove all waste, leaving it ready to use.

Back in May this year we decided our bathroom had to be revamped, and after seeing the work carried out by TBI at someone else’s home, I decided to get a quote and design. Ryan called out and we discussed options then we were invited to the showroom to pick what we wanted. Everything was straightforward and simple which is what I like and there was no fuss or sales pitch forcing us into all the most expensive items. We were given a date for installation which was delayed a week but we were kept well informed so no issues.
All trades showed up when they said, they were clean, tidy and very good at what they did. We’re delighted with how it’s turned out. We were unfortunate that a couple of weeks later we had a leak (no fault of TBI or Trades just a faulty part) and I cannot begin to say just how good everyone was at fixing the issues. From start to finish they have been so friendly, professional and everything has been left perfect again. I would never hesitate using TBI and we’re planning on going back to have our kitchen done in the next year or two.
